First visit

Coming to play with us for the first time?

You can come alone, be new to your game or have never entered a tournament. Just tell us it is your first time when you arrive and we will show you how everything works.

How it works

Arrive, find your game and take the next free seat.

There will be players of every level. Some come to compete, others to discover a game or simply spend the evening with the community. All are equally welcome.

01

Check the details before you leave

Check the address, times, price and whether registration is required. Everything is listed on the event page.

02

Say hello to the team

If you do not know anyone, come and see us. We will show you where to leave your things and which setup to start on.

03

Rotate when people are waiting

When several people are waiting, play a few matches and let the next person take over. Your turn will come around again soon.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most often.

I am a complete beginner. Is this really for me?

Yes. You can learn the basics, watch a few matches and play people at different levels. Nobody will ask for your online rank at the door.

Do I have to enter a tournament?

No. The format varies by event: sometimes there is a tournament, sometimes only freeplay. Even when a bracket is running, you can come to play on the side or simply watch.

I am coming alone and do not know anyone. What should I do when I arrive?

Come and say hello to the team and tell us it is your first time. We will show you the setups and can introduce you to players from your game.

Do I need to bring a console or monitor?

No, unless we specifically ask for equipment for a particular event. Consoles and monitors are provided. Just bring your controller or stick if you prefer playing with your own.

Do I need to register in advance?

It depends. You may be able to walk straight into an open session, while tournaments usually use Start.gg. Always check the relevant event page.

How much does entry cost?

The price depends on the venue and format. It is listed on each event page before the relevant date.

My game is not listed. Can I ask for it?

Yes. Tell us on Discord or social media. If several people want to play and we have the equipment, we will try to provide a setup.

Can I come just to watch or accompany someone?

Usually, but it depends on the venue and type of event. The event page lists the entry conditions; message us if you want to check before coming.

What if I do not want to appear in a photo?

Tell the team or photographer on site. If an image has already been published, you can request its removal through the contact form.

I have a question about access to the venue or a specific need.

Contact us before the event through the contact form. We will tell you what the venue allows and what we can prepare.

Before you come

Quick question? Ask us on Discord.

You can introduce yourself, ask who plays your game or check something with the community before the event.
