0 confirmed cards still have essential settings or the default appearance. The same card never receives more than one reminder every 14 days.
Private diagnostics
Errors encountered on the website.
Find an incident using its reference, time, action or page. Entries expire automatically after 30 days and contain no password, email address or plain-text IP address.
Ask the person for the approximate time, what they were trying to do and, if visible, the reference shown in the error message.

Check the active driver and storage status. When MySQL is active, JSON remains an old copy, not a synchronised backup.
Migration tools are for preparation only. Once MySQL is active, differences from the old JSON copy are expected.
