This page explains who runs the association, what personal data the website processes and which external services it uses.

Hadokamp ASBL is responsible for personal data processed on hadokamp.be. We do not sell personal information. The use of form submissions, images and technical logs is explained below.
When you use the contact form, we receive your name or tag, email address, selected subject and message content. After each valid submission, a limited record containing the date, name or tag and email address is added to the monthly form report.
Photos and videos taken during our events may also constitute personal data when a person is identifiable. Publishing a targeted portrait requires the consent of the person concerned and, for a minor, their legal representative.
The hosting provider may retain technical logs, including the IP address, requested page, date and certain browser information, to ensure the website operates securely.
This processing is based on our legitimate interests in communicating, following up requests, presenting our activities and protecting the website, as well as pre-contractual measures when your request concerns a project or collaboration.
Only authorised people within Hadokamp ASBL and, where technically necessary, our hosting and email providers can access this data. The form record is sent monthly to the internal contact@hadokamp.be mailbox.
Contact exchanges and monthly records are retained for no more than 12 months, except where required by law, administrative necessity or a dispute. Event images remain published while relevant to presenting Hadokamp’s activities; a removal request may be made at any time. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention period.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, including removal from contact exchanges and records, request restriction, or object to processing by writing to contact@hadokamp.be.
You may also lodge a complaint with theData Protection Authority. No automated decision-making is carried out using your data.
External services
The Twitch player starts only when you choose to launch the live stream. Twitch may then receive connection data and use its own trackers according to its privacy policy.
The approximate number of Discord members and people online is retrieved by the Hadokamp server from public invitation information. The visitor’s browser does not contact Discord to display these figures; opening Discord remains voluntary.
When online registration or payment is offered for an event, it is handled on Start.gg under that platform’s terms. Hadokamp.be creates no user accounts and collects no payment data.
Links to Twitch, Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord and Start.gg open those platforms only after you click.
Hadokamp currently uses no advertising or audience measurement tools on this website. No Hadokamp cookie is required to view pages or submit the form.
Cookies or similar technologies may nevertheless be used by an external service after activation or when you follow a link to that service.
Hadokamp texts, photos, graphic elements and logos are protected and may not be reused without permission.
Game names, characters, trademarks, logos and visuals belonging to publishers or partners are used solely to identify and illustrate the games, events and collaborations concerned. They remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on this website does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or official endorsement unless a collaboration is explicitly stated.
